REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

  1. Return Policy
    We accept returns of unused and complete merchandise. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order being shipped. Please ensure that the returned product meets the following conditions:
    The product is unopened and in good condition.
    The original packaging of the product is intact, including all tags, accessories and gifts.
  2. Refund Policy
    Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount.
    Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the return is confirmed, and the refund will be refunded to the original payment method.

    Get a Return Authorization Code: Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and a return address.
    Pack and Return: Put the product and all its original packaging, labels and accessories in a package, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package. Please use a trackable mailing service to return the package, we are not responsible for packages lost during transportation.
  4. Return Shipping Costs
    The shipping costs for returning products are usually borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or sent by mistake.
    If it is a quality issue or the product is sent by mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  5. Non-returnable items
    The following items will not be returned once opened or used
    Unless the item is defective, personal jewelry (such as earrings), etc.
  6. Exchange Policy
    We currently do not offer direct exchange of items. If you want to exchange the item, please apply for a return in accordance with the above return policy and then place an order again.
